LEAN LIUNA aims to help LIUNA members and their families overcome adversity and maintain well-being in their lives. To achieve this goal, we all have a part to play and we’re asking for your support.

Below is a pledge to be an ally of LEAN LIUNA. Being part of the LIUNA family means never having to face your struggles alone and by signing our pledge, you’re telling your LIUNA Brothers and Sisters that you’re there for them. That can look like:

Promoting a safe environment where others feel comfortable asking for help
Checking in on others and encouraging conversations about mental health and well-being
Challenging stigma surrounding behavioral health issues like suicide and substance use disorder
Simply offering a listening ear when someone needs it
